If a user is reported for violating our terms (e.g., transmitting illegal content, spamming), we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the offending account based on metadata and user reports.

The Service and its original content (excluding user-provided messages and media), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Sphurja and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
